Kettlebells are about doing more with less. Performing exercises that will give you amazing results in as little time as possible, with minimal equipment. I love the fact that I can keep a kettlebell in the trunk of my car and train just about anywhere. There are many different concepts about how and when to train even when you have such a simple approach. For some, high reps are their thing, for others, heavy weights are what keep them motivated. High intensity interval training has been around in various forms since the dawn of exercise and has recently become widely popular as it provides tremendous results. Studies have shown that high intensity intervals provide greater cardiovascular benefits than endurance cardio, I also believe they are less likely to cause injury.
