It’s been a hot and humid summer so far here in Southern California which has moved us indoors to film out of the heat. Unfortunately, we picked a studio without air conditioning so pretty soon we will be hitting the beach for some filming there. The beach is a great scene for filming, we just have to make some adjustments for the audio that can be a bit more challenging outside. This workout follows one of my favorite basic templates, a gradual progression of kettlebell basics and bodyweight training. Warm up first and make sure you have already watched my instructional videos on the kettlebell swing, kettlebell clean&pressandkettlebell snatch before you attempt this workout.
Grab a medium weight bell for this workout, it won’t take long, but we will cover a lot in a short time period. Feel free to do this workout two or three times around, there’s enough variety to stop you from getting bored and it trains every muscle in your body pretty evenly.
Today’s Workout

This is the first of two full body workouts this week, keep posted for full body shred part II. You can use these lessons and workouts in so many combinations that you will always have something right for you. I aim to give you as much variety and good advice as I can to help you in your journey to becoming the strongest, healthiest version of you possible.
