I started my career off as a trainer and fitness manager at a large fitness club where machine based training and calorie counting was dogma.
Even though our clients would lose weight, they would quickly put it back on using this method. I knew there had to be a better way, something that was more natural and would provide long lasting results.
After several years of muscle isolation exercises and body building style lifts I was introduced to kettlebells by a good friend and mentor. I spent hundred of hours learning how to use the kettlebell before I even began teaching it to my clients.
Once switching my clients over to kettlebell training they began to see a dramatic increase in positive results. My clients gained more overall strength, reached their weight loss and health goals rapidly, improved their flexibility and even stood up taller from better posture. Not to mention the strength they were learning carried over to real world activities, improving their life on all levels.

training than machine based training could ever provide.

What equipment will I need?
The Kettlebell Gym can be utilized by anyone with a single kettlebell, however up to five kettlebells are recommended to get the most out of your membership.
What weight Kettlebells do I need?
There is a weight chart that accompanies our welcome packet once you sign up, included is a kettlebell weight chart that covers the recommended weights for various body types and experience levels.
Do I need kettlebell or weight training experience?
No, the Kettlebell Gym is organized over six levels, anyone of any skill level can find the right lessons and workouts for them!
Do I need other equipment?
You will not need any other equipment, however, I do provide certain workouts using other simple and often optional pieces of equipment to add variety to your workouts.
